Honestly, the director was extremely kind and explained everything one by one, even thinking through the balance of the whole face in detail, so much that I felt embarrassed to be the one getting the consultation. I was very tempted, but I have suffered from plastic surgery complications before and am still dealing with them now, so I'm going to look around at other hospitals too and be more careful.
