I went after reading the blog, because I felt a sense of aesthetic sensibility and confidence in their surgical method. I trusted the confident attitude during the consultation and had the surgery. Since I had read on the blog that if the chin is advanced, it can look strange at first because of swelling, I struggled with how odd my face looked, but I held on and waited. I was hoping the director was right. It has been a year, and because my chin still awkwardly sticks out, I think I will need revision surgery. The surgical result is aesthetically terrible too.. And because the bone cut was made right below the nerve line, the tingling sensation and the loss of tooth sensation have not returned. The hospital's response is also ridiculous. And when I voiced complaints, they went around badmouthing patients to other patients and painted me as an overly sensitive person. I really do not want to recommend this hospital.
