They didn’t recommend any unnecessary surgery, but explained reasonably what else might be needed. What they said made sense when I heard it.
The director wasn’t really the warm type, but seemed busy; still, if I asked a question, they explained everything. Since most of it was already explained in great detail on their blog (they explain things while looking at the blog anyway.), it would probably be more convenient for both sides if you read it beforehand and didn’t ask needless questions. It would be good to read the blog carefully and then bring only the things you still don’t understand.
