I had lifting consultation because of cheek sagging after contouring, and they recommended revision contouring surgery and a forehead lift. I was surprised that they recommended a forehead lift, which I hadn't even considered. Honestly, among the before-and-after photos, there were some people who had good results, but from my perspective there were also quite a few who didn't look much different, so it didn't really seem worth taking on the risk of a second bone surgery.
