This is my one-month review after double-eyelid surgery at a plastic surgery clinic! As one month passed after surgery, the condition of my eyes stabilized a lot. At first there was swelling, but there wasn’t much bruising! Over time, it gradually became more natural, and now it’s barely noticeable. At the time of surgery, I had double-eyelid surgery together with an upper epicanthoplasty and ptosis correction, and I think these three worked well together and made my eyes prettier. Thanks to that, I got a result I’m much more satisfied with than my previous monolid eyes! People around me even say they can’t remember my old eyes anymore, so they really feel like my own eyes. Even though it has been a month, tears still keep flowing from one eye when I’m exposed to wind or similar things, so I asked the director, and he kindly explained that the area just above the swollen upper part is the lacrimal gland, and that this happens because it was irritated. It was good that I also got a solution, which was to apply cold compresses often I’m even more excited thinking it will keep becoming more and more natural!
