I already had a bridge, and from the front I was often told my nose was pretty, but from the side I had a slight hump and my nasal tip drooped, so my midface looked long and I came across as older than I was. This time I was actually thinking more about my eyes than my nose, but I ended up consulting about both together. I don’t like anything obvious or flashy, so I went with a natural straight line, and since I already had a bridge I didn’t use silicone. I had also seen a lot of complications like contracture and was scared. The surgery was done with autologous cartilage, and they corrected my slightly wide nasal tip (bulbous tip), shaved down the hump, and lifted the drooping tip. I hardly had any swelling, so now, one month after surgery, there is almost no swelling left. People who had surgery said their noses puffed up like an Avatar nose, but I was just extremely satisfied as soon as the splint came off! I showed them a photo of Im Bora’s nose and they matched it as closely as possible, so I’m very satisfied.
