Hehehehe. The reason I decided to get posterior lower canthoplasty was that my eyes are on the larger side vertically, but short horizontally, so I wanted them to look a bit more opened up! When I first went for a consultation, the clinic interior was clean, and the front desk staff were so kind!! The consultation manager kept smiling throughout the consultation and treated me kindly, and she explained the surgical process while drawing it out for me, so I was very, very satisfied! I decided to have the surgery right away and proceeded with all kinds of tests, and the nursing team also explained everything kindly and guided me through it, so I think I was able to go through the surgery without worrying :) The uncomfortable part after surgery was conjunctival edema. There was slight pain when I moved my eyeballs, and more than anything, when I looked with the naked eye, it looked a bit like frog eggs, so it felt gross, but after using the eye drops, it all subsided within 2 weeks!! They said that with a 7 mm canthoplasty, it absolutely would not reattach, so I am very satisfied, and the before-and-after difference is definitely big. It is not too excessive either, and they performed the surgery to fit my eyes just right, so I am really satisfied haha They said it is still the settling period until 6 months, so I am looking forward to it becoming even more natural.
