Before/after/after/after I tried taking photos from as similar an angle as possible for comparison, and it really seems like the surgery turned out refreshingly slim and well-done. Originally, I had a somewhat chubby? plump nose. Because of that, even my image looked a bit bulkier than my actual weight or body shape, or maybe kind of sulky-looking. The nose shape was one thing, but since I had a lot of fat from the bridge to the nasal tip, it made it look like the flesh on my face was concentrated there too...? Even looking at the photos now, I think it does look that way lol.. At first, I started with filler because I wanted to begin with something lower-risk, and apart from my big expectations, it was true that the nose got higher, but the amount of fat itself didn't decrease, so it wasn't easy to create the feeling I wanted. Honestly, I really didn't want to have surgery, but there was a surgery called functional rhinoplasty that can be done together with rhinitis surgery? I already had severe rhinitis, so my snoring was bad too, and that was also a bit of an unattractive point, so I think I had the surgery hoping it might all be resolved. I lay down on the operating table with really high expectations, and I think the surgery turned out far better than I expected. The nose looks really slim and refreshing from the side and front, and the surgery seems well done without looking too obvious. As for the rhinitis, honestly I was half in doubt because it was being done during rhinoplasty, but breathing is definitely different.
