The hospital was very large, and almost an entire building was the main branch, so I did think it felt a bit factory-like, but after the consultation I got the feeling that they manage things very meticulously. The consultant was kind, and the director was very thorough, did not seem bothered by questions at all, and resolved my questions well. I was worried because it was so big, but there was no need to worry However, since there are many directors, it seems important which one you meet
