After <3 weeks after surgery> Before <before surgery> <current> I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage (autologous costal cartilage, columellar lengthening, correcting a pinched nose, alar reduction). The side profile is so pretty. They added costal cartilage to straighten the pinched area, so the nose looks wide and the nostrils are triangular, but I am more satisfied than with my previous nose. The doctor's surgical safety and skill seem certain. Someone wanted a front-view photo, so I'm uploading yesterday's photo. This is the photo that came out the best. There are many more unflattering ones. I'm not completely, thoroughly satisfied, but I'm just somewhat satisfied. It feels like the feeling and shape are different every day. The foreign-body sensation is severe. I did it because there was no answer except costal cartilage.. Everyone says the side profile is pretty. Personally, I don't like the front-view nostrils because of the alar reduction, so I'm thinking about doing the nostrils again later.
