I had nose surgery in Busan. They performed osteotomy for a hump nose and used septal cartilage and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip. The surgery itself went well, but because septal cartilage was used, the nasal tip is hard and it’s so uncomfortable. So I went back to the hospital where I had the surgery for a consultation because I want to remove the septal cartilage and ear cartilage that were put in my nose. I consulted with the director, and the director said we should remove only the hard septal cartilage and leave the ear cartilage in place.. So for now I said I’d think about it and left, but I think I need to think a bit more about what to do..
