I had surgery for a natural inner double fold, and because my eyes have a lot of muscle rather than fat, they said making it too thick would make them look like sausage eyes, so they made it as thin as possible. At first it was just right, but over time it got too thin and one end came undone, so I’m going back for surgery again this time~
