After hump removal, I had surgery to cover the bridge of the nose without an implant (with donated dermis), and the tip was done with donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage. It's been one month, and there's still some swelling, but I'm satisfied because the shape, angle, and line came out well. I'll keep watching the progress and post an update about the swelling and any changes in shape.
