13 years since my nose surgery

When I was in high school, I just went with my mom because an acquaintance said the place was good, so I have no way of knowing who the director was.. I called the clinic and asked, but they said it was so long ago that they don’t have my records at all But considering it was my first surgery a long time ago, it turned out so pretty and natural, so I’ve lived with it just fine. It’s still not bad now, but since it’s been a long time, it has gotten thinner and the nasal tip kind of stands out in a round, bulbous way, should I say..? It’s noticeable too.. I keep seeing only that, so I’m going around to consultations for revision surgery. After seeing my nose, 3 of my friends all went to Okims and got theirs done there, but none of the three know who their director was, and in the end they all turned out naturally and well. While going around for consultations, I heard once or twice from directors that my current nose is pretty too Right now I’m just hoping to find a good revision surgery clinic that can compensate well for the shortcomings..
