A long time ago, after my first nose surgery, the bone had been rasped down and covered with silicone, so I didn’t even know what condition I was in. After I had the entire nasal implant removed, it had become a completely saddle nose. My nasal septum had not collapsed and was still fine, so after studying what to do when a saddle nose develops in that kind of case, I thought cartilage would need to be diced and packed in. While looking for places that performed nose surgery using that kind of method, I found the Casel nose method, and after seeing reviews saying Director Kim Hak-soo here gives good consultations too, I went from Busan. From the consultation, the consultant answered my questions well, checked what my ideal nose was and how much auricular cartilage I had, and Director Kim Hak-soo was also very kind and did a good job, so now I’m 2 weeks post-op and satisfied.
