Now that it has been one month... I’m 200%... satisfied, so I want to tell anyone with aaa-level flat breasts like me that you should definitely do it! I hope many people can get useful information from my review.
<Before surgery>
I went to consultations at more than 10 hospitals. My upper body was thin and I didn’t have any base volume, so I started going around for consultations while focusing not only on volume, but also on a pretty shape and safety. If you already have a basic base, the surgery would probably look pretty even if it’s done casually, right? But I had all the worst conditions ㅠㅠ Pectus excavatum + inverted nipples + thin skin + tissue that doesn’t stretch + slight asymmetry That was my chest. They said my skin was also very thin and tight, so it didn’t stretch much. <Reasons I chose the hospital>
1. I personally saw the successful real review of my best friend who had surgery at Next, and I wanted to go for a consultation right away.
2. While getting consultations at more than 10 hospitals, at Next I felt that they truly considered even my complexes. -> Instead of vaguely recommending large breasts, they pointed out the problems with my breasts and focused on proportion + shape + safety as well, so I actually felt more reassured.
3. Director Lee Jae-su’s impressive experience + meticulousness -> Since this is absolutely not an easy surgery, even involving general anesthesia, I definitely considered the director’s experience and style important... Director Lee Jae-su’s experience and the rave reviews about him, praise upon praise, I respect him.
4. Volume was important to me too, but the proportion that suits my own body type and a pretty shape were important!! Director Lee Jae-su understood that well.
<Pain level>
From the day of surgery, after waking up from anesthesia and going home half-asleep, one week passed quickly... I’m really not lying, it didn’t hurt at all. Of course my swelling went down to my abdomen and it felt like my body wasn’t my own, but compared with the pain I had imagined, it truly didn’t hurt even 1%, so I was surprised. (I’m not lying, I’m really not lying!!)
It may differ from person to person, but I think rhinoplasty was actually more painful. When I looked it up on YouTube, they said even painless recovery depends on the director’s skill. Since he performed the surgery quickly and cleanly, I think that’s why I didn’t feel much pain >0<
Because I had a transaxillary incision, using my arms was affected for about 2 weeks to a month... It’s hard because you can’t use your arms well! But it wasn’t crazy pain, just an aching kind of pain, so I think it was bearable!
+)) After two weeks, honestly the pain becomes dull too, so moving gets much easier. Don’t worry! If it’s to become prettier, everyone can endure two weeks, right?
+ Additionally I had surgery in mid-June, so it was muggy, but the fact that I didn’t have to wear a compression garment at Next was a real advantage... Not everyone skips compression garments, but I think most don’t wear them. The director checks the progress one-on-one continuously, and I didn’t wear one, so I think I actually lived more comfortably.
<Review one month after surgery> As you can see from the before photos, my breasts were aaa-level flat to the extreme, and they were breasts that could never have cleavage. I had fat grafting done together. Because I had pectus excavatum and my ribs were slightly protruding, the cleavage area was supplemented with fat grafting. Isn’t the breast shape so pretty?! He also corrected the slight asymmetry~
I would have been satisfied even if I hadn’t done it together... but the fact that the shape could become that pretty was the best!! (Thank you, director ㅠ^ㅠ)
In the photos, you may feel the volume isn’t insanely huge, but if you look at the before photos, you’ll know... seriously... Director Lee Jae-su created something out of nothing... If you look at the before photos, you’ll see how much it changed!! It’s just a shame that photos can’t capture how my breasts look in real life... I also uploaded side photos, and if you check them, the volume is no joke, right...? >0<
Before, I was always busy covering up with clothes, and even in hot summer I had to wear a 5 cm padded bra, so it was seriously hard, you know...? Even when wearing a thin piece of fabric... volume that can’t be hidden...ㅠㅠ!! And... the pretty shape...♡ It looks natural, so my family and friends told me that soon, if I don’t say anything, it probably won’t be obvious that I had surgery.
<Texture>
Because my tissue originally doesn’t stretch, I didn’t even expect much, thinking my tissue would loosen later than other people’s, you know? The director compared it to stuffing a size-250 foot into a size-220 shoe haha... Right after surgery, it was firm, so I didn’t even dare touch it because I was afraid it would hurt... But after just two weeks, my tissue started loosening like crazy, you know?... It was amazing that the texture became much softer compared with right after surgery! I heard that time is the medicine for breast surgery... Since I change day by day, I feel my satisfaction goes up every day!
And one of my complexes, inverted nipples, has completely improved. Now I can go confidently to the public bathhouse!! Before surgery, my nipples only came out when stimulated, but after surgery my inverted nipples improved... so I got double the effect. The director also said surgery would improve them to some extent, so he didn’t separately recommend inverted nipple surgery, and I’m so happy they improved.
