Before/after As I became middle-aged, the shape of my eyes changed a lot due to drooping eyelids, and the fat under my eyes bothered me every time I looked in the mirror. The swelling and bruising recovered noticeably quickly in just a week, and although some lower blepharoplasty marks still remain, they are well covered with makeup, so many of my concerns about middle-aged eyes have been resolved.
