My upper breasts were sunken, so I looked into clinics and decided to proceed with Motiva. I was going to do an inframammary incision because recovery is good and they say the transaxillary incision hurts too much, but the consultant told me reviews saying the director’s transaxillary surgery doesn’t hurt at all, so I ended up doing transaxillary. Breast fat grafting wasn’t something I had thought about, but the director said they pursue pretty results, and that if the upper breast is hollow, adding fat makes it more natural and pretty, so I decided to do it! Below I’ll talk about what happened up until the surgery.
While looking into breast surgery, I first went to 4 places and even put down a reservation deposit somewhere else. But I just didn’t feel like, “I should do it here” So I did a second round of visits to 4 places, made appointments, and had consultations again. One of them was this clinic, and it was famous for being pain-free and for making breasts really pretty. But you only know anything after getting a consultation. I also had my own ranking in my mind. I went without any particular thoughts at first, and the consultant explained things so well, and as someone said in a review, the director was chic, and they really were chic. But it was also my first time at a place that proceeded as far as an ultrasound exam, and since fat grafting wasn’t something I had even thought about, I felt a bit reluctant too. I did have a bit of a thought like, is this overtreatment? lol Since they were saying things other places didn’t mention, maybe that was why? Even after finishing all the consultations that day, I think I kept thinking about it. But what ultimately made me decide was: 1. the subtle distrust I felt from large, factory-style hospitals 2. consultants whose attitude completely changed when I said I wouldn’t book the same day 3. CCTVs that could only be viewed with police accompaniment 4. anesthesiologists who said they wouldn’t enter the operating room together but would watch from another floor (I wondered whether they were watching several surgeries at the same time..) I needed to find a place that wasn’t like that and was good. But this clinic was: 1. Starting with the director, everyone was completely kind, chic, and all the staff were so kind that I really felt like the patient is king? (Thinking about it, we pay and choose among many hospitals, so isn’t that how it should be!!) 2. No pressure at all, and the director and consultant matched my needs as much as possible regarding implant, size, incision method, etc. (They had me hold different implants on each side and feel them, then asked what felt similar to my own breast, and when I said right side..? they said then Motiva would look more natural.. I didn’t know..) 3. Before I even asked, they said real-time CCTV viewing was possible 4. The director only does 2 surgeries a day, and the anesthesiology director watches beside you throughout the entire surgery 5. They said they do regular ultrasound care, and honestly everything was good.. So I thought about it, and especially for breasts, you have to go to the clinic often because of aftercare, so there was so much to consider. But if possible, everyone wants to go somewhere that makes things pretty and manages you well. So I did it! In conclusion, I’m very satisfied. It was pain-free too, and my breasts turned out so well. They’re still swollen, but other than the swelling, I feel like I didn’t have surgery lol People around me said it would hurt, so I got scared for nothing.. If I went back in time and had breast surgery again, I think I’d do it here!
