After surgery, the doctor treated me well. The response from one of the consultants, an older person, was very disappointing. During the pre-op consultation, I talked about my concerns about side effects, and the consultant said most people don’t have side effects (they said fewer than 10% experience side effects). In the end, I did get a side effect, and the doctor’s response was good, but the consultant’s response was truly unbelievable. The consultant is the clinic’s biggest problem.
