Nose, forehead fat grafting, full eye canthoplasty

In February 2019, after Lunar New Year, I had nose surgery, forehead fat grafting, and full eye canthoplasty. I’m currently looking into revision surgery for only my nose at another hospital. It’s a plastic surgery clinic in a brown building right in front of Exit 3 of Sinsa Station, and it starts with T. Before the nose surgery, during the consultation, we decided to use ear cartilage for the nasal tip, silicone to raise the bridge, osteotomy of the lateral nasal wall, and slight hump refinement. After the surgery, while monitoring the progress, my right and left nostril wings kept looking severely asymmetrical. Like someone developing contracture. Then the nasal bridge felt a bit crooked. So I took photos, and the clinic also took photos, and I asked several times, but I was only told things like, “Let’s wait for the swelling to go down and see how it progresses,” and “Even with surgery, it cannot originally be perfectly symmetrical,” so I waited. The consultant told me not to look in the mirror. She said it’s originally like that when swelling goes down, and looking in the mirror would only upset me more, so don’t look. But how can I not look? My nose looked ruined, and after having cosmetic surgery, the unevenness was so severe that I was sitting there using Photoshop. Eventually, after 9 months had passed, they told me we should quickly do revision surgery. At that point, all the trust I had left disappeared, so I’m looking into other hospitals. This hospital didn’t even have CT imaging, and the consultant had no manners. When I asked questions, she would act irritated, not quite openly but still irritated. The director also gave no explanation, and after surgery said he had tied the nasal tip with thread using a non-incisional method. That was something I had not consented to before surgery. Now, after going to other hospitals, hearing their opinions, and getting CT scans, I was told the implant has fallen over to the right and made the nose crooked, the osteotomy was done only on the right wall, and there are traces that they stopped midway while shaving. They said if only ear cartilage had been used, I should be able to make a pig nose, and it shouldn’t be this hard, but my nasal tip is far too hard. So they say there is a high chance mesh was used or the septum was touched. So I’m currently proceeding because they told me to talk with the insurance company. I trusted them because they specialized in noses and said they were affiliated with Severance staff and a partner hospital, but my nose is completely ruined... But if they don’t even acknowledge it, that would really be too much, right?^^ They specialize in noses, but the eyes and forehead were at least successful, while the nose was properly ruined. I went into surgery at 6 o’clock and came out at 2:30 a.m.; they told my guardian to hurry and go home without even greeting us or explaining that the surgery had gone well, and the director was nowhere to be seen. Other hospitals said they had never heard of this place. I was properly ruined, so please nobody go there.... They say it specializes in noses and was even on broadcasts or something... Don’t go.
