I arrived early in the morning and there was a bit of a wait, but after the CT scan, it was good to find out what condition my nose is currently in (the hospital where I had surgery closed down, so I didn’t really know) The consultant was kind, and the director answered all the questions I had well. A somewhat blunt style..? It seems like they perform surgery by the book, and I think that part makes me trust them They said they would perform the surgery well so I wouldn’t feel anxious, so I made a reservation for now
