He cleaned up the hump neatly with osteotomy, and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip to make it defined. Wowww, seriously, this is exactly the nose I wanted, yes, yes. I also wanted rhinoplasty without an implant, with no prosthetic material, and this was actually possible....
My deviated septum and rhinitis were all improved too, and the nose line is perfect. I couldn’t like it more than this♥
