To sum up I had revision surgery on the nasal bridge + nasal tip (the bridge only slightly), using ear cartilage and silicone, and also had crooked nose correction and nasolabial angle correction. It's been a while since surgery now, and the reasons I decided to get nose revision surgery have all been improved satisfactorily
