Hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo, before-before-before-last spring I got liposuction and I’m so satisfied that I touch my stomach every day and only have fitted clothes lol Maybe because I went to a lot of consultations at first and really put in the legwork, the lines of my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, and back flanks came out exactly the way I wanted, so not many people around me know I had liposuction lol Especially my lower abdomen and back flanks slimmed down so much. Maybe because there was so much there before, now all my pants are loose, so I either get them altered or always wear size S lololol I’m 160 cm and was 60 kg, and now I’m trying to maintain 55 kg. I always fast for 16 to 14 hours, and these days I’m trying to have a protein shake for dinner. Sometimes I can’t help it when I have plans, but when I’m coming home I try to keep my body moving as much as possible and walk around for about 40 minutes...? Maybe because the area where I originally gained weight was my stomach, but I didn’t have that kind of side effect! After liposuction, I was worried it would be so hard that it would interfere with my daily life, but I slept well and went back to work after 3 days, so there was no problem! Ah, and when I go shopping, I no longer worry at all about my stomach feeling tight, so shopping is so comfortable hehe. I used to get so annoyed because clothes these days are made so small, but I don’t have that worry anymore! Since I have a side line now, when I wear knitwear, the fit continues through the love-handle area, and from the back I look like a different person... hehe. My clothes got so big that my friends tell me to just give away my old clothes. I really never thought I’d have this kind of happy problem lololol I’ve gained confidence, I’m not afraid of clothes anymore, and my waist never used to fit. After liposuction, I really gained a whole new world!!! lolol
