I had surgery with natural adhesion. The swelling went down quickly, almost within 2 weeks, but since I have a lot of flesh on my eyelids and didn’t have fat removal, the line looks somewhat puffy. For those with a lot of eyelid fat, I recommend fat removal, and I don’t think the size of the hospital is necessarily that important.
