I went after making a reservation, but because surgeries were backed up, I could not have a consultation with the doctor. I had consultations at a few places for revision surgery, and this was the only place that said they would include ptosis correction.. So, should I say I felt a little less confident in them? There were many consultation clients, and the manager's friendliness was so-so. (Consultation was 1 year ago)
