I went to Sway for my first consultation. I had also made a consultation reservation at one other place, and even though that was a place where someone I know had surgery, after receiving consultations, the implants and methods recommended by the two hospitals were different. In the end, I trusted Director Park Ji-hoon at Sway more, and I liked the surgical design and method, so I decided there.
During the consultation, maybe because it was peak season, the wait was a bit long. But the consultant and staff were so kind, and I was very surprised during the consultation with the director. It was my first breast surgery consultation, but I had previously had several consultations for other facial areas, and usually after finishing the whole consultation with the consultant, the director only briefly checks things. But Director Park Ji-hoon explained the types, methods, side effects, as well as his career, thoughts, and beliefs in a narrative way using a PPT for a patient who was a beginner? and didn’t know about breast surgery. I really felt that he was sincere about breasts and patients. Afterward, when I went to another hospital, the consultation felt so cursory in comparison. Especially regarding operating-room cleanliness and safety, he paid a lot of attention to those areas and was investing and managing them extensively!

My breasts are a difficult case. On the outside, I’m tall, have wide hips, and have some baseline tissue?, but I have severe pigeon chest, and my sternum is tilted, so the area just below the clavicles is sunken while the rib area protrudes a lot, making my skeletal frame tilted. Because of that, even though I have breast volume, they look smaller than they are. Also, naturally from birth, my breasts are somewhat in a form similar to symmastia, so the middle of the breasts is slightly attached, and the cleavage area is not hard bone but soft, squishy tissue. When I went to another hospital, they also said it was a case seen in about 1 out of 1,000-1,500 people…^^ I do have baseline tissue, but since I liked going braless, my breasts are on the sagging side, and the nipple position is slightly high, so the distance from the nipple to the inframammary fold was about 9 cm. Even after searching through so many reviews, most cases were the opposite of mine, and there were no cases like mine… Anyway, because of these characteristics: Transaxillary incision recommended > because of nipple position (the nipples are high) Subfascial placement recommended > to make the cleavage still look separated, delicate inner dissection with subfascial placement As for implants, Sebbin has a surface treatment that is not very slippery, and since I had slight sagging and wanted to fill the upper pole, the director recommended it.
Later, after receiving consultations at other hospitals too, once I decided on Sway and came in for preoperative testing, during the second design consultation, I changed the implants. For my breasts, where the cleavage is attached like symmastia, the director and I agreed that a type with higher height and slightly narrower width would suit me better, so I changed to Sebbin Integrity RF 360/330!
