I went to get laser treatment, and they explained things well during the consultation. When I was sitting there, they asked if I wanted a drink, and the facilities were clean too. Before the laser, they helped me wash my face and applied things like cream, and after it was done, they also did all the soothing care. Anesthesia was also all done in a private room, so it felt private.
