Then I met Director Jang Yujin at Top Tier, and she completely changed my mindset of thinking that high, dramatic eyes are automatically pretty!! At the first consultation, I was pretty insistent on a dramatic line, but the director looked at everything, including the distance between my eyebrows and eyes, how protruding my eyes are, and my overall image, then said an excessive line would actually not look pretty. Then she said to just take a look first and designed a line that would suit me, and it seemed good, so I decided to listen to her and had the surgery! Because my eyelids kept coming undone due to my tissue tendency, I had incisional double-eyelid surgery, and also got ptosis correction and an upper epicanthoplasty together. Now it has settled exactly into the look I was aiming for, so I’m completely satisfied haha Honestly, it did cost a bit more than other places, but I don’t feel even a tiny bit regretful and it wasn’t a waste at all!! At first I was a little worried because the swelling went down unevenly, but now the symmetry is perfectly balanced, and thanks to the director, I’m able to live with a new face and a new life. My parents weren’t very pleased about me getting surgery at first, but now whenever they look at my eyes, they say, “Hmm... it really turned out well...” haha.. I’m genuinely, genuinely so happy because I love it so much
