After that, I tried to match them with makeup and tried all sorts of things, but the condition of my eyes was still the same.. I just lived with it, then this year I looked for a hospital that is good at revision surgery, and it has now been over 6 months since my revision surgery. Before this revision eye surgery, when only the line had been released, the line folded in under my brow bone, making me look sleepy, and I relied heavily on my forehead to open my eyes. What stressed me out the most was the severe-looking asymmetry caused by the multiple layered double-eyelid creases.
I really think I did the right thing by getting revision surgery. The swelling went down quickly, and maybe because it was done with the buried method, the scars are almost invisible. People around me say it turned out so well and that I look much younger. Since people next to me keep saying it turned out well, I feel like all the effort I put into finding a hospital was worth it...
I was looking into double-jaw surgery after a long time and remembered this, so I’m writing it. Something I felt while going to consultations is that you should keep going until you find a hospital and director you like! There are seriously so many weirdos..
