I think nose sculpting injections vary a lot from person to person depending on the nasal structure.. There was not much effect on the nasal tip because there was no fat, and there was definitely an effect on the nasal alar area.. The injection in the nasal alar area is very painful, but luckily you only have to endure it for 10 seconds..
