I went for a facial fat grafting consultation, and as soon as the director saw my face, they pointed out the areas, saying, “Mm, doing here, here, and here should work.” Personally, they matched exactly the areas I had in mind, so I liked that lol. Other than that, I mentioned areas recommended by other clinics and asked whether it would be okay not to do more, and they said I didn’t really need to and that it could actually make my face look bigger. It seems they don’t recommend unnecessary things. They also said areas with a lot of fat would be good to remove with liposuction, but it’s not required and is optional. But the director’s consultation was extremely short I went to consultations at several clinics, and this was the shortest.. They did seem confident. Up to the second session, it’s fresh fat, and PRP can be added, but they said it probably wasn’t really necessary.
