I'm in the middle of going around for contouring consultations, and this was the first place I went to. The director was kind, and the manager also explained things calmly and clearly. The manager especially seemed experienced. What's unique here is that you can consult directly with the director on KakaoTalk. In my case too, I barely had time to ask questions on the consultation day, which was disappointing, but they said I could ask anything later via KakaoTalk, so I think that's one of La Vian's biggest strengths for contouring consultations ^^
