From the consultation manager to the director, everyone was kind and didn't pressure me. When I explained the face shape I wanted, they answered in a way that reflected my needs, and the fact that they explained things in a customized way for me, considering both function and aesthetics, was a big advantage. Also, I had a lot of concerns about contour surgery, but it seemed like their safety system was well prepared, so if I do have the surgery, I don't think I'll have too much to worry about.
