Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

10 months after hump osteotomy and septal surgery

Hello. I had surgery this February. My natural nose had a high bridge, but it had a severe dorsal hump, and my nose was originally large, so my nickname was Big Nose. Every time I was photographed, especially when smiling, my nasal tip looked severely droopy,, and that stressed me out, so I decided to have surgery.

When the surgery had just finished and the splint was removed, I really thought Pinocchio had come back to life. The hump had been shaved down a lot, and the nasal tip had been pulled out too far, so I thought it did not suit my face. I tried to have it removed early, but the clinic persuaded me otherwise, and already 10 months have passed.

Now that time has passed, the swelling has definitely almost completely gone down. As time passed, it also became clear just how high my nasal tip had been made. Right now I’m not satisfied with my nose because it is too high, almost like a Westerner’s nose, so I’m thinking about revision surgery or complete septal removal.. I’m worried that if I completely remove the septum, my already droopy nasal tip might droop even more, so I’m referring to review posts in this community. ㅠㅠ

I really think rhinoplasty is not something to do carelessly. The stress is enormous ㅠㅠ
