I had a round, low nasal tip, so they removed a little fat from the nasal tip, built up the nasal bridge with silicone, and used donated rib cartilage and cartilage to raise the nasal tip.
I'm now passing the 4-month mark. There isn't any major problem when exfoliating or washing my face, but the downside is that it feels hard like a doll's nose. So I can't twist or bend my nose, and when putting on or taking off clothes, I have to take them off carefully because my nose shouldn't get pulled..
