Before<Before surgery><Day of surgery>After<After stitch removal><3 months><3 months><5 months><6 months><6 months><6 months>It’s already been 6 months since my surgery lolololol People said the nose is uncomfortable for a month or two after surgery and then that’s it, and I think that’s really true lol For me too, the first month or two after surgery was uncomfortable, but now there’s not even 1 bit of discomfort.
I joined this community after surgery haha I got a lot of help elsewhere with things like post-op care, so I’m writing this in hopes it helps someone too^__^
I’m writing whatever comes to mind, so it might be a bit all over the place, but if you have questions, ask in the comments lol
I looked at the photos I took before surgery to write this post, and I was so shockedㅠㅠㅠㅠ Ah, right, my face used to look like thisㅠ I felt it all over again lolololol
My nose was originally on the lower side, so I used to get nose filler, but after 6 months the filler dissolves, and if the filler is done badly, the nasal bridge doesn’t even look high, and it can spread too, so cost-wise it didn’t seem that great eitherㅠ
So I decided to get rhinoplasty, and I actually went through with it!
When I see people planning surgery, a lot of them wonder which hospital they should go to, and I was the same.. But in the end, getting consultations was the most definite way. No matter how much online searching you do, it only delays your surgery date.;;; Once you pick around 3 places you like, go for consultations!
When you consult with the director, there will be a place where you think, ah, this is it!!!
The consultation with the director where I had surgery was clean and straightforward itself. I dislike unnecessary rambling, so it was perfect for me, OK, and I liked that they shaped the line I wanted while recommending what would suit me better. So I went ahead and had surgery there.
★★There was an important process for me before surgery. It was dissolving the nose filler,,,,, and this seriously hurts.!!!!!!!!! I feel like getting it injected didn’t hurt that much, but why does dissolving it hurt so muchㅠㅠㅠ After going through that pain, when friends say they’re getting nose filler, I tell them to think carefully before doing it...haha
I had surgery one week after dissolving the filler.
On the day of surgery, it was better than I expected lolololol I wasn’t that nervous, and since I was just hungry, I was thinking, let’s hurry up with surgery so I can eat?
Even after surgery, it was just like, ah, it’s hard to breathe... my head feels heavy, about that much lol (Maybe it’s my constitution...)
Here’s my tip!!★★
After surgery, there’s cotton stuffed in your nose, so you have to breathe through your mouth, and your lips get really dry.. Especially in winter like nowㅠㅠ I recommend applying Vaseline often.,
After rhinoplasty, the stuffy period passes after about 3 days lol I had mine removed on day 3, and it was the most painful part after rhinoplastyㅠㅠㅠㅠ Tears streaming down.. Still, since breathing became easier lol that was enough!
