I had heard that the staff were unfriendly, but they were not bad. Similar to most reviews, there was no pressure to get excessive procedures, they held several lines for me, and they were honest. I have overlapping double eyelid creases/protruding eyes, and even though this would be my first surgery, the price is so high that I’m debating it.. The expected necessary procedures are incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and fat grafting.
