There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and by my standards, the director seemed very firm~~ I told them, “I want eyes like this,” and they said, “You probably won’t get eyes like this...” and told me clearly that what isn’t possible isn’t possible. Opinions may differ on this... Actually, I liked that they didn’t talk around it and spoke clearly, but the blunt tone was.. a little scary for someone extremely F like me,, I wish they were just a bit softer.. The consultation manager and hospital staff were kind~~
