I had rhinoplasty here 17 years ago. It was my first surgery when I was a high school senior. My nose was on the high side. I think they shaved down my hump nose and, without an implant, filled the shaved hump area with autologous dermis from my scalp. They operated using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and also did alar reduction. I had a bulbous nose, so that was my concern, and at the time I wanted it to look natural. I was satisfied back then, but over time the area of the nasal bridge done with dermis gradually got absorbed, so now my nasal bridge has diminished quite a lot. I just lived with it roughly, but now I want to have surgery again. The director told me exactly the parts that were necessary, and since I was so young at the time, I only said, "Please make it pretty," so I had no particular desired aesthetic at all ㅜ I was so uninformed. I think the director is skilled, seeing as I've lived without any functional problems up to now..
