Because I was concerned about my hump nose, I went around for consultations, and this was the place I chose because both the director and manager were good. I liked both the consultation and the reviews, but when I looked around the community there were a lot of private comments, so I was a bit anxious. Still, after looking into it more and getting information, I found that the private comments weren’t all bad, so I felt somewhat reassured and had the surgery. On the day of surgery I was so nervous, but after talking with the director again I relaxed, and I was grateful that they took good care of me even after surgery.
