I went around the evening, and I was a bit surprised because there were many people waiting and many staff members. Even though I had an appointment, I waited more than an hour past my appointment time before going in for the consultation. The consultant didn’t say much, and the director explained things about the surgery and how the procedure would be done. The director was kind, answered my questions well, and explained everything carefully with a PPT, but the waiting room was so hectic It was a bit draining.
