I had been stressed about under-eye fat since my teenage years, and I happened to be able to take time off around my work schedule, so I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery.
I didn’t look into many places, and since many people around me recommended this clinic, I only had a consultation at one place and went ahead with the surgery right away. It took a month to get a consultation appointment, and fortunately, the surgery was scheduled quickly, within about 10 days.
I had never had any cosmetic surgery in my life, so I was really worried, but as time passes, the bruising and swelling are going down, and I feel like it’s gradually getting better.
While recovering, I recommend giving yourself enough time and trying to stay relaxed.
What I like most is that my under-eye area looks brighter than before when I take photos, and even now, at one month post-op, I sometimes feel a stiff, aching sensation under my eyes, but fortunately, there’s no problem with my vision or seeing ahead. I heard that this kind of sensation also disappears within a few months after surgery. I hope I can quickly go back to everyday life as comfortably as before the surgery lol I’ve only worn makeup exactly once since the surgery, and because there’s still a slightly numb, tingling feeling, I can’t wear makeup often yet. Still, I’m satisfied that I don’t have to work so hard to cover my dark circles when I do my makeup.
