I looked into getting them done together from the start and had them done together. I’m now 3 weeks post-op, almost a month! My original nose was a droopy, arrow-shaped nose with no bridge, and my face had no volume either, with a sunken forehead... Anyway, overall it was a face I didn’t likeㅠ After looking around here and there, I had facial fat grafting and surgery using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Originally, when I smiled, my nose would spread a lot and my nasolabial folds stood out, but now that doesn’t happen. The more I look at the before photos, the more I think I did wellㅠㅠ
