First of all, when I had a consultation with the director, it felt like the director had their own preferences for the kind of nose they wanted. I think it would be good if that matches well. They explained things in detail, and explained while looking at photos, and clearly explained the various methods and how they wanted to proceed! Since it was a plastic surgery clinic, I wanted to do other things besides the nose too.. I felt the price was higher than I expected.
