First of all, the clinic facilities were really clean and nice. The windows were wide open too, and personally I also care quite a bit about the interior, so I was very satisfied with that part. But I waited about two hours.. They said the surgery was delayed, so everything got pushed back overall. But I already knew the wait was long, so I went in expecting that. Finally, the consultant manager wrote down all the points I wanted herself. Then I met the director, and he was a very direct type. He was straightforward and seemed to speak honestly and well. But it wasn't the direction I wanted, so that was disappointing
