Dream Plastic Surgery Director Song Hong-sik No consultation fee
As I got older, I had double eyelids, but my upper eyelids sagged and covered the double eyelid folds. The fat under my eyes had also descended downward. I had a consultation with Director Song Hong-sik at Dream Plastic Surgery.
For the double eyelids, he recommended the non-incisional buried suture method without making an incision. Since there was sagging, I wondered whether an incision was needed, but he said the buried suture method would be enough. He recommended epicanthoplasty, and said it is done from the inner side of the eye, so there would be no external scar.
For the lower blepharoplasty, I was told it would preserve the aegyo-sal, secure the muscle, and reposition the fat. He does not do upper blepharoplasty, and said if I wanted it, I would need to have it done by another doctor.
It seems the director’s style is epicanthoplasty, buried suture double eyelid surgery, and for under the eyes, securing the aegyo-sal muscle and fat repositioning. He does not recommend other methods.
