Before/after I lived my whole life since I was young feeling intimidated and lacking confidence because my eyes were small and weak-looking. It was the first surgery I ever mustered up the courage to get, and I’m satisfied because I think it turned out well.. I never thought I would get plastic surgery, but after seeing a close friend’s surgery results, I guess I got the courage lol. After seeing me, another friend from a different group is getting surgery at ID too.. lol Like in the after photo, not long after the surgery, I was satisfied with the shape of my eyes, but there was still swelling, so I had a little discomfort when opening my eyes, and maybe because they were swollen, it was hard to secure my field of vision, so I struggled for a few days working while lifting my head to look at the monitor.. lol I had the surgery with an incision and also had canthoplasty done together, so I was worried about scars, and they are still slightly visible for now. The hospital said that if I apply the ointment well and give it time, it will improve, so I think I’ll have to keep watching it!! Thankfully, I made sure to walk for one hour a day, took the medication the hospital gave me properly, and carefully followed the instructions they gave me, so the swelling went down naturally and well, and my eyes are gradually becoming more natural-looking!! I only had one eye surgery, but it feels like a lot has changed. Since I’ve gained a little confidence in the appearance I used to feel insecure about, I think it shows in my behavior too lol
