Removal of nasal silicone due to inflammation

Silicone and septal cartilage surgery 8 years ago 2 years ago and recently, the nasal bridge swelled and became red This time, it couldn't be controlled even with antibiotics, so I visited hospitals

I visited a total of 4 places: the place where I had surgery + hospitals specializing in revision surgery Common opinion: use dermis instead of silicone, and costal cartilage instead of septal cartilage 3 out of 4 places: for safety, they recommended first removing the silicone, then having revision surgery after recovery and controlling the inflammation

So I had the silicone removed at the place where I had the surgery The photos are from when it was swollen and one week after removal

This review is a surgery review pursuing reconstruction.
