I visited clinics over just 2 days and went ahead with double-eyelid surgery right away on February 6 lololol It was originally planned for March-April, but I liked the clinic so much that I booked it right away My birthday is February 6, and I had already taken that day off, and I wanted to have surgery as a gift to myself.. haha The surgery schedule was full that day, but the consultant adjusted the surgery time for me I’m just so grateful
I arrived 1 hour before the surgery started, went over the line again with the director, and went straight into the operating room They said I would bruise a lot if I tensed up, so I tried my best to relax But the operating room was cold, so my body kept trembling (the OR staff covered me with a blanket.. so sweet) What was so fascinating was that from the surgery itself until right before stitch removal, it didn’t hurt at all! Seriously fascinating... how did they do that..? It did sting a bit when the stitches were removed, but it wasn’t extremely painful
People around me told me the line was set beautifully, so I’m proud! My mom also saw my swelling go down and said she’s going to get it done here too lolololol It was really my first double-eyelid surgery, so I wanted it to go well, and it turned out better than I expected, so I’m very satisfied!! (The reason one side is more swollen is that less than an hour after surgery, I joked around with my mom and winked twice, and it started bleeding.. lolololol) I’ll upload photos later when the swelling goes down a bit more
